Wrong Item

I BOUGHT A D&G BLOUSE WHICH WAS SHOWN AS A SHORT SLEEVE. I WANTED THE SHORT SLEEVE SINCE I ALREADY HAVE THE BLOUSE IN LONG SLEEVES. OTHER THAN THAT THE SITE WAS EASY TO ORDER FROM.

I still think that it is possible to…

I still think that it is possible to find the missing belts in your storage and send them with the upcoming orders. Offering a customer 2.3$ when two items are almost useless without the belts, is not a good way of handling a complaint.

Frustrated

I ordered a pair of sandals, when I received them, they were broken. the stones and jewels of the sandals 6 ha fallen of ans the rest were very loose almost about to fall. When I contacted costumer service all I was offered was %15 off which was $6 or to return tehm. I paid a total of $57 including taxes and shipping so a $6 refund seemed ridiculous. But this was the last paid and I loves soo much. So I decided to keep then and have them repair and the repair was $30. But even after the repair rhe jewels are falling off again. It's all very frustrating. Costumer service could have been better and more considered

Don't know what I'd do without Yoox…

I've never had a bad experience with Yoox and I've regularly ordered mainly shoes and bags from them for the past 10 years or so. Apart from the fact they offer beautiful Italian accessories at a fraction of the normal price, the delivery is prompt and on the one occasion I did have to return a pair of shoes, I was refunded quickly and without any problems.

You've got a friend

When I approached Yoox first I was afraid I was going through one of the too many scamming sites I had encountered before.
I was wrong.
Yoox is as reliable as any other on-line and has a friendly approach that relaxes any biased and/or wary consumer like me.
A thoroughly positive experience.

YOOX is a dopamine rush!

You guys have always been great! Great hours for CS- I live in MT and feel I have a comfortable fighting chance reach you! Easy and clear platform to use (thank you). I received my parcel and inside I found used men shoes even though I had ordered women shoes. I have sent 2 emails but nobody has reply. It's unbelievable and I am too much disappointed from your unprofessional behavior. It's impossible a company like yours to avoid to undertake it's obligation to send the shoes that I ordered.

Lovely bag, delivery company not great

Lovely bag. Delivered within a reasonable timescale. Issues when rearranged date of delivery with UPS. Not q great deli ery company.... id rather have royal.mail they are much more accessible and better in terms of their IT
But it did arrive so no complaints

How we know if the items took is original or fake?.

Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.

Real yes - but in my experience not the ones you ordered. I was sent an older cheaper version in the wrong colour and size and I am still waiting for a refund.

is this a legit online seller? because i read a lot of bad comments, stating that they paid and did not receive the items.

They are legit. I've placed about 5 orders with them. I buy Diesel brand jeans and they are legit and incredible prices. Never had an issue with shipping. I believe it comes overseas so if shipping time is a concern, pay expedited shipping and it come very fast.

From my last 3 and a half year shopping experience with them, I'd say yes YOOX is legit. I have never experienced "paid but not got the item". Not a single time from my 67 shopping experiences. My husband also regularly shops at YOOX, and he neither has had any bad experiences. I compared some shopping sites that sell high end brands' items, and have felt YOOX is the best of all for their real big deal (never got counterfeits), easy return (except final sale), free return shipping if moneyoox is chosen for the refund method and their reliable customer service. I recommend you to buy returnable item, so that you can return it for whatever the reason. Their return window is quite long. Though my past returns took average 5~9 days to be processed after they actually received the return packages, they never failed the processes either. I'm really frustration free with them.

I was going to buy some clothing from yoox but im not sure if its real becaus im not willing to buy fake clothing can you guys help me ?

I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
